There are three levels of service to suit the Landlord:
Property Management
We always require good quality property in Hounslow Central, Hounslow East, Isleworth, Osterley, Heston and the surrounding Heathrow areas.
Our tailor made, comprehensive Property Management is an essential part of our Lettings service - we look after properties on behalf of clients both in London and around the world. After finding you a tenant we look after them and you throughout the tenancy. That includes everything from collecting rent and handling all administration, to assistance with more complex issues.
We are here to deal with all aspects of managing your property for you
Our Service Includes:
- Organising ongoing repairs and maintenance of your property
- Periodic property inspections with condition report on your property and how the tenant is caring for it.
- Instructing Gas & electrical installation check
- Preparation of final landlord utility bills
- On-going account settlement
- Organising emergency repairs

Our Property Management Department have many years experience and are able to offer a first class service in a market that continues to become more complex with changes in legislation and safety requirements, placing greater responsibilities on the Landlord and residents associations.
Compliance with Safety Regulations
As a landlord, you have an obligation to ensure that your property complies with all the necessary regulations covering the safety of gas appliances, electrical installations and any furnishings supplied for the tenancy. We can advise you on this and arrange the necessary inspections.
Deposit Protection Scheme
From 6th April 2007 it is a legal requirement for all deposits taken on property to be protected. There are two schemes – Custodial, whereupon the deposit is held by the Scheme Administrators and an insurance backed scheme whereby the deposit is held by the Agent or Landlord. National Approved Letting Scheme
Burnel & Co is a firm accredited by The National Approved Letting Scheme - a Government backed accreditation scheme which offers peace of mind to landlords and tenants through the knowledge that the firm they are dealing with offers clearly defined levels of customer service.
